Our Principal Director Owen Broadway has worked within the construction industry for 23 year. His last role was Construction Director before founding NECO Consultancy in 2018. His proven leader commended in the 2015 Construction Manager of the Year Awards and he continually strives to produce high quality finished projects adhering to tight schedules and budgets with NECO Consultancy .With a advanced understanding of customer needs with diligent attention to detail and high level of client satisfaction.
